Next Word Prediction by Using Various Techniques

Abstract

Due to enhancement in use of smart portable devices, sentences typing are daily routine job. These portable devices like mobile phones are widely used by various users. These users may be from old age group or disable people also. In such case, sometimes users find it difficult to write a long sentence. Next word prediction tools offer a solution for these problems. It is a very popular application of Natural Language Processing. Several emerging technologies have been employed for such application and reported significant results. We observed while surveying, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Recurrent Convolution Neural Networks (RCNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) have been used for text sequence prediction. This paper will showcase the literature survey of reported research work by many authors in this domain.
