Different Linear and Non-Linear Techniques for Image Strength Improvement

Abstract

In this paper, we have discussed many image editing tools which enable one to do such alteration in the appearance of the image. Here, theoretically analysis of point processing tools is done and the result is verified on virtual lab designed by IIT Delhi. Linear and nonlinear techniques are discussed. Linear techniques are used to modify Image having scaled fully. In nonlinear only the appearance of particular pixel range is changed.
