The relationships between socio-demographic characteristics, self-efficacy and perceived work-readiness of the graduating students of Central Luzon State University College of Arts and Social Sciences were examined. The results suggest that the students' self-efficacy and perceived work readiness are parallel to each other. Self-efficacy is also a strong predictor of perceived work readiness, and socio-demographic factors (such as age and GPA) connect to the students' perceived work readiness. It is sensible to conclude that their age and academic performance, which contributes to their grades, are essential to developing their work readiness for their future career regardless of gender and course. This significant relationship between the variables showed that they were related and significantly influenced one another.
