Abstract

Time management is an essential part of daily work and leisure. Communication is an integral part of the job of a manager, as decisions and policies are made from the highest level down, for efficient implementation of policies. The flow of information to reach the desired objective depends on the proper time management in information trends in the organization. Information is mostly delayed either in emancipation or in the process of passing the message. This paper seeks to emphasize the priority on time management in information dissemination, the negative effect on the strategic formulation of organizational policies, and the implementation of the strategies being formulated in achieving the desired goal. It is important to make time within the control of the management, the trivial of employees toward communication and information dissemination regarding the workplace. This paper is to assist managers and employees in anticipating the effect of time management on organizational decision-making.
