Electricity in stored form is of greatest usefulness and has been applied in various vehicles for more than a decade. Taking into consideration the environmental effects and with the motive to reduce the consumption of various fuels, electric vehicles (EVs) were created. The research on EV vehicles had said that electric vehicles are one of the potential means to reduce the greenhouse gas effect. While compared with internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEV), the plugin hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) contributes towards fuel economy through advancements in power, energy storage, and support. EV users in Coimbatore city are used to collect the data. The responses are collected and the sample size of 100 was collected and the responses are fed into SPSS for study and statement confirmation. The study also examines how well-informed Indian consumers are about E-vehicles. The researchers found that majority of the people are aware of e-vehicles in the market. Further, suggestions were given regarding improvements in the engine capacity, charging points, and to make the price affordable. It is a wearable smartphone that is typically worn on the wrist and runs through mobile apps. This study aims to find the factors that influence customers to buy a smartwatch. The most important factors are price and brand. A questionnaire has been framed and data was collected. For 100 responses the statistical tools used are percentage and rank. The findings of the study show that Fit Bit brand smartwatch is preferred mostly by people.&nbsp; They use Bluetooth to link to smartphones and other devices, allowing users to run apps right from their wrists, measure fitness activities, and receive notifications. Smartwatches are a popular option for keeping connected and handling daily duties because they provide handy methods to communicate with technology on the go through touchscreens and voice commands. They have developed into adaptable gadgets that give users on the move convenience, health insights, and tailored experiences. Smartwatches have grown in popularity in recent years, as they offer a range of features and functionalities that cater to the needs of tech-savvy individuals. These devices, which utilize Bluetooth technology to connect to smartphones and other devices, provide users with the ability to access various applications directly from their wrists. This makes it incredibly convenient for users to stay connected and handle daily duties without having to constantly reach for their phones. Without effective logistics, supply chains would struggle to function efficiently, leading to various challenges and disruptions</p> <p>Third-party logistics (3PL) service provider has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its innovative approach and commitment to customer satisfaction. The level of customer support provided by 3Pl service providers will be scrutinized. Responsive and knowledgeable customer service representatives can significantly affect a user's perception of the company. Effective communication channels, quick issue resolution, and a customer-centric approach are vital in building lasting relationships with clients. The cost-effectiveness of the services offered by 3 Pl will be a focal point of this analysis. The analysis of satisfaction among third-party logistics service users provides valuable insights into the company's performance and customer perception.</p> <p>A structured questionnaire was made and a survey was conducted among 100 users from various locations to assess their opinions and views on the 3 PL logistics concept. Overall, the findings indicate a mixed response, with several positive aspects and areas for improvement. The study aimed to examine the influence of the perception of customer care service on the performance of hotel business in Tanzania. To be more precise, to ascertain the impact of proactive customer care on the performance of selected three-star hotels as well as the effect of competent customer care provided by employees on the performance of hotels.</p> <p>The study was guided by the Role theory. A sample of 153 respondents from selected three-star hotels in Mwanza City was used namely; New Mwanza Hotel, Hotel Tilapia and Victoria Palace Hotel and 153 questionnaires were returned dully filled in. Data was analyzed quantitatively with the help of SPSS version 22 and presented in descriptive and inferential statistics. Specifically, the demographic profiles of the respondents were presented in the form of frequency and percentages.</p> <p>The findings revealed that employee’s competence and proactive customer service were statistically significant. Due to the globalization and development of information technology, in the current scenario, creating an effective workforce is very essential to achieve the goals of every sector. The main objective of this study is to analyze the socio-economic conditions of construction workers in the construction industry in Kozhikode district. The data used for this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through structured questionnaire and interview schedule among various construction industries in Kozhikode district. A total of 750 questionnaires were distributed, 642 numbers were received. Secondary data was collected from various textbooks, government gazettes, magazines, journals etc. Percentage analysis technique was used to study the socio-economic conditions of construction workers in Kozhikode district. Along with an analysis of their working conditions, wage structure, income and savings of construction workers in the area under study.
