Abstract

This COVID-19 pandemic condition affected psychological and behavioral well-being of all human-beings. In this pandemic and lockdown conditions brings sudden changes in the lifestyle of all individuals around the globe leads to many psychological impacts, and our advanced technology failed to address this. People are going through many Psychological and emotional reactions like depression, anxiety, panic disorders, boredom etc. Our health-care worker has high risk of infection and developing post traumatic disorders. Dealing with stress and other psychological conditions in COVID-19 is important to overcome the emotional trouble of individual to manage themselves in this pandemic. Psychological first-aid, is an important clinical intervention to monitor and influence the psychological state of individuals in different stress conditions. Therefore, to identify and manage such psychological problems research on psychological behavior could be a key determinant and some actions like counseling, meditation, virtual meeting should be taken place.
