Abstract

The history personal medical conditions, such as cases of gestational diabetes, physical inactivity and ethnicity, about 80% of patients with type 2 diabetes suffer from overweight before contracting the disease. An individual is diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and when the fasting blood sugar level of an adult is less than 100 mg/dL (5.6 mmol/L) normal, and the fasting blood sugar level is from 100 to 125 mg/dL (5,6 to 6.9 mmol/L) evidence of prediabetes, if 126 mg/dL (7mmol/L) or higher on two separate tests, transporting glucose to the cells of the body for energy, it accumulates. Glucose is in the bloodstream and the exact cause cannot be determined, although genetic and environmental factors are believed to have a role in weight gain.
