In India Automobile Industries are also playing important role in Economic growth. Automobile sector is indirectly helping government by helping manufacturing sector in India. As we can see in the digital and modern era to face competition the automobile industries are now trying towards up gradation and Automation. As many other resources of automobile industries are also depending on Human resources. In 2017 India is world’s 4th Automobile Producer. In such most competitive organizations role of human resource is very important. The productivity of human resources will result into the productivity of organization.
