Design and Development of Portable Tyre Changing Mechanism

Abstract

Today's automotive industry is seeing a quick development in new features and generation; as a result, the user's primary responsibility is to keep their car maintained. Therefore, the operator's safety at the service centre is the main focus of our study. Tire changing equipment, which is used to remove and place tyres on rims, is the machine that is most frequently used at service centres. When operating this equipment, operator safety and efficiency are key considerations. The majority of automobiles today employ four to five-wheel nuts to secure the wheels to the frame. A lug wrench or spanner can be used to remove each nut from the wheel one at a time to change the tyres of an automobile. However, in some circumstances, it can take longer. In my project, he created and constructed a tire-changing tool for a car that uses the gearing system to simultaneously remove the nut and change the tyre. This can be completed swiftly and successfully.
