At present, the fuel can exceed just for a particular period and it also becomes costlier and creates environmental issues. Due to these constraints, alternate fuels and other source of energy like solar, wind, etc. bringing the car industry to subsequent level. Also, the electrical vehicles are developing rapidly. The electricity stored during a rechargeable battery, which provides power to electric motor and this power helps in propulsion of the motorcycle. The speed of this vehicle is restricted (60km/h). Also, this study is aimed to developing frame of a two-wheeler, two-seater motorcycle, whereas considering strength, safety and optimum performance of the vehicle. The said study has been administered with a two-step approach. the primary step includes modelling considering aesthetic point of view as well as determination of loads working on the frame. The second step is about stress analysis using finite element analysis software and style modifications for weight reduction without affecting structural strength. we propose an answer to Vehicle Security problem by employing a fingerprint authenticated vehicle starter system. This ignition is meant using Arduino UNO. The biometric system provides a secure and hassle-free thanks to start/stop the vehicle engine and therefore the system only allows authorized users to start the vehicle. Users must enrol into the system by uploading their fingerprints. During the monitoring mode, the system scans for the user’s biometrics and therefore the engine gets ignited through authentication. additionally, thereto a vehicle theft system is meant to prevent the vehicle from being stolen. The GSM Module is connected via the telephonic network with the Vehicle owner. Motor Controller are often started or stopped by sending a SMS to the GSM Module.
