Abstract

Floods, recognized as a predominant natural phenomenon worldwide, wield profound implications for national economies. Stemming from heightened rainfall, floods unleash disastrous consequences on agriculture, human life, and socio-economic systems. The aftermath of floods is characterized by the loss of homes, often resulting in fatalities and substantial human suffering. Particularly vulnerable are cities influenced by monsoons, facing the spectre of annual disasters. The primary research objective is to delineate red and safe zones on a map, serving as a critical tool for disaster preparedness. When the red zone is identified, individuals can proactively relocate to designated safe areas. A dedicated website facilitates coordination, enabling volunteers to offer assistance and flood victims to access aid, ensuring a more organized response. By enhancing awareness and providing tangible support, the research seeks to mitigate the human and economic toll exacted by floods, fostering a proactive approach to disaster management and recovery.
