We provide a quick overview of the software-based inventory management system in this essay and create a working prototype for the task in the software portion. To track the specifics of the numerous records of grain storage, a distributed program known as an inventory monitoring system was developed. It records data such as store inventory levels and necessary commodities, allowing the owner to maintain tabs on how the firm is doing. The database largely includes the store's inventory at a certain time and helps the business increase profits by offering helpful recommendations. It ensures that business is conducted efficiently, that products are fairly priced, and that clients are satisfied. People may purchase easily by having food and other things available online. Additionally, it ensures that the food is fresh. There, non-perishable food is sold in cans, boxes, and bottles. Automatically maintains track of product quantities and expiration dates, then uses the store's website to remind the owner. It also permits access to the inventory for its staff. The work displayed here is a mini-project completed by second-semester students in the electronics and communication engineering program at Bangalore's Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
