Abstract

In this research paper, we devise an algorithm to verify the sampling theorem using the concepts of digital signal processing. It is devised to verity the Nyquist Sampling theorem for a given signal of a particular frequency. The Nyquist–Shannon sampling theorem is a theorem in the field of signal processing that serves as a fundamental bridge between continuous-time signals and discrete-time signals. It establishes a sufficient condition for a sample rate that permits a discrete sequence of samples to capture all the information from a continuous-time signal of finite bandwidth. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the methodology that is being proposed.
