Detecting and Addressing the Interruption in Power Lines using IoT

In this paper, a way more advanced technological enhancement, automation, was applied in our overhead power distribution lines system. Our proposed mechanism is in its introductory stage in its relevant field and also a pioneering technological asset. The basic problem that gave rise to tour automation is from the flawless discharge of power to the ground and also causes life injury and sometimes may lead to physical property loss. As per the studies, whenever a dangling wire carrying much amount of voltage 220V 11KV is in contact with the ground it has its range area of 4m radius apart which is enough for taking a life away. Ordinary manual human checking exists for detecting the problem, it takes much time and also very risky. To overcome the above problem, we implement a system to the transformer and its poles use IOT technology, and either their effective interaction will make this work done by using relays, transmitters, and receivers. Till the power supply line breakage occurs, there exists no communication between them when breakage of the line occurs then there will be no continuation of power supply to the other pole then system at the pole starts communicating with the system at the transformer and after that, it shuts down the whole supply from the transformer, so the transfer of current becomes impossible.
