User-friendly registration of automated book catalog library succeeded through wireless aptitude by availing control of touch screen sensor and graphical liquid crystal display (GLCD). Automatic display of library catalog on GLCD used to select a book with aid of a touch screen. The advent of touch screen given by, fast access to typified digital media without the textually bound interface, otherwise, selective assessment linked fast provisional scheme. Improve in operator efficacy by using touch interface has given, accuracy, low time-bound, and simple to accuse by icon system, henceforth, successor appreciated touch screen automation to subject user friendly. Device fabrication technique equipped with microcontroller interfaced with input/output module, where, an intermediate medium between input/output organized by the controller. Resolved role of interplay redefined controller to control unit. The touch screen sensor has been the input module while the RF module has been the output module, where, the former undertook input from a user to feed the microcontroller, whereas, the receiver end is used to select a book as a resolved display on GLCD. Additionally, pursuit by controller undertook to convene for the display of book catalog information. The study employed single case study techniques as the research design. Semi-structured interview was used for the data gathering. Data was qualitatively analysed using a thematic approach. It highlights retrospective conversion, lack of local experts, lack of trained staffs, unstable power supply, desert of job, attitudinal problems as the challenges confronting the library. The study also shows that as a result of automation, the library is faster and efficient than before in its operations.
