Abstract

This essay discusses the creation of an SOS application and its successful application with verified outcomes. The programme is intended for those groups of people who, unexpectedly, find themselves in a position where instantaneous communication of their whereabouts is required to tell specifically authorised others at a distance. Even if we would prefer to avoid them, panic or emergencies frequently arise out of the blue. These circumstances can have a wide range of natures and effects, and in the worst cases, they may even be lethal. Therefore, it would be quite convenient to have a system in place via which we could alert specific individuals to such events and improve the likelihood that they would receive assistance as quickly as feasible. Given that platforms are available to assist them in this technological age, the necessity for such a mechanism is much greater. A Smartphone is one such platform, and it's also a very popular one. Nowadays, almost everyone carries a smartphone around with them since they are becoming more and more accessible and affordable. The SOS app is designed to function on Android-powered devices, primarily smartphones but also tablets with cellular service compatibility.  This paper describes a mobile-based application that will make it possible to find a straight forward solution to a variety of issues. The project's main goal is to build a community-based application where people can collaborate and advance together.
