Abstract

Clinic Management System can contain the records of patients or users whoever takes services from the hospital or clinic which uses this system. This system can be used for keeping records of patients, medicines and can produce bill and medical certificate of patients. This system also can reduce time and papers required for keeping records of patients, payment and medicine. Moreover the entire project is a web based application, thereby making resources like test reports, patient symptoms and prescriptions available to the doctor in real-time. As it is web based, information stored in the server is easily accessible anywhere and at any time. The resources can be easily managed and maintained with this system. It provides status of every resource which helps administrators and other staff using this system to manage them effectively and efficiently. This system supports an android app and online browser using it the patient can register their appointment. The main objective of the clinic management is to manage the details of Medicines, Doctors, Clinic, Appointments, and Patient. The project is made for only administrative use that’s why only administrator has only access to project web application. Here administrator is the person who keeps the record of all operation, events of clinic or hospital. This system can keep track of clinic and patients like appointment, medicines, bill etc. As this is a web application, C# is the programming language and the project is developed under visual studio software. This system will reduce stress, money, papers required to maintain hospital/clinic records, events, and daily activities. And this system will automate the clinic/hospital work.
