To elude the pollution and reduce carbon di oxide emission on large scale RA can be reused in spot of NCA. The RA is sustainable in nature for an environment. This research covers how material can be chosen for recycled aggregate. In this study the natural aggregate replaced by recycled aggregate in various percentages (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%). When the percentage of recycled aggregate mixed in certain proportion then it will improve properties of both fresh as well as hardened concrete like compressive strength, flexural strength, split tensile strength, stress strain curve and NDT test up to optimum percentage. Laboratory test results indicates that the compressive strength, flexural strength, split tensile strength and NDT of these mixtures goes on decreasing, however up to the 25% replacement level, it achieves target mean strength. Stress strain curve showed better values at 50% replacement level. Therefore NCA can be substituted with RA up to 25% range for the structural concrete.
