Abstract

In this paper we will discuss about newly type self-compacted concrete (SFSCC) by taking EFNARC guideline and IS code by increasing filler material and admixture in SCC properties. SFSCC has many beneficial properties like: self-shape holding capacity, smooth surface, low labor cost, required no vibration, timely shaped no formwork and more economic etc. in construction smoother faster and noiseless environment than conventional concrete. SFSCC is the modified SCC, world widely SFSCC used in slip form pavement, water tanks etc. its provide durability to slip form pavement also we will try to make SFSCC feasible in India by applying many trial and error methods we will prepare it by trying some trial ideal mixture with using some filler material and fibers. Fibers used for resisting cracks development in CC Road and we will be going to perform some tests on SFSCC like flexural strength, tensile strength, workability green strength test and mini paver test etc. Our approach in making SFSCC is not only to have better slab shape holding capacity but also to provide good strength to concrete structures.
