Smart Monitoring System for Vehicle using IoT Platform

Abstract

In recent years, smart monitoring approach is creating a strong impact in our life. Various technologies are developed in the field of IoT related to vehicle monitoring system. With the increase in the number of accidents and the deteriorating performance of the cars, there is a need for a programmatic real-time monitoring system and a self-learning algorithm for smart prediction. We use the Raspberry Pi, various types of sensors such as temperature sensor, vibration sensor, pressure sensor, fuel level indicator sensor and so on. Alternatively, Wi-Fi can be used for transmitting data directly to the cloud. We are going to implement one dashboard which is present in the vehicle on which we are easily monitoring the vehicle's health, also it will show the health parameter of vehicles such as temperature, pressure, fuel level, oil level, vibrations and so on.
