Abstract

In this modern period, usage of digital marketing increases due to the development of Technology. Internet users are broadly expanded because of the Mukesh Ambani who launched Jio. Before Jio was launched the cost of 1GB of 3G internet is 255 rupees. After that Indians would be able to enjoy internet at cheap cost. It was the major turning point for the Digital India Movement. Nowadays consumers can able to buy food, cosmetics, dress through mobile applications/websites which was advertised in online platforms. We can able to buy things at home. It reduces the public gathering which is very important for this pandemic situation. The motive of this review paper is to investigate the impact of digital transformation and how it is important for both consumers and marketers. This research paper starts with an introduction to digital marketing, followed by a statement of the problem, a literature review, the study's objective, limitations, research methodology, analysis, and interpretation.
