The use of computer statistical analysis and mathematical modeling of medical data in clinical practice plays an important role in the effective diagnosis, treatment and management of patients in hospitals. The use of a computer in medical practice today is limited to the creation of medical database management systems that take into account all the requirements of the hospital and are able to provide simple and efficient storage of information about patients visiting the hospital, which leads to a complete reduction in document circulation and a decrease in the workload of staff. However, no database management system allows a doctor, based on the results of computer statistical analysis and mathematical modeling of medical data to actively participate in the medical process itself: in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients. The paper shows how using the previously developed computer manager of medical processes “Medical Commander” possible to use the results of computer statistical processing of medical data for the effective participation of a doctor in the processes of diagnosis and treatment and, using an optimal interpolating prognosis (mathematical modeling), to predict the studied symptoms and the results of treatment of patients in the clinical practice.
