Automation boosts the country's economic growth. It is also useful in micro, nano, medium, and large-scale industries. In terms of fruit exports, our country's export market is at the top. Diseases caused by infected fruits and vegetables have been on the rise in developing countries, owing to a lack of knowledge about the importance of a high-quality product. Fruits' sensory characteristics include their presence in terms of colour, shape, and scale, among other things. The Raspberry Pi, which regulates the use of sensors in the system, is in charge of this system. The ZigBee module is used to transfer the registered data, and the results are shown. The Internet of Things (IoT) technology has been incorporated into the machine to turn it into a smart computer. Consumption of low-quality fruit can be avoided with the aid of this method. Furthermore, the system's simplicity allows anyone (commoners, fruit inspectors, and shop owners) to use the fruit adulteration monitoring system.
