A Study of Environmental Protective Behavior Among Teachers Educators

Abstract

The responsibility must be given to educators for providing awareness about the environment and its protection. Therefore,
the Ministry of environment must organize a training programme of environmental protection for educators through the National
policy. They must also frame the environmental education programme in the form of activity to enhance the/ sense of
environmental protective behavior. The encouragement should be to the students for their active participation in the conservation of environment. There have been a number of studies conducted on the human being personality i.e. environmental knowledge, environmental adaptation, environmental emotions and its impact on proenvironmental behaviour of human beings
and also studied on how physical environment significantly effects on the protective behaviour of the human beings. It has been seen from the different literatures that most of the research done on environmental attitudes, environmental awareness, ecofriendly behaviour and the other elements affecting on pro-environmental behaviour and emotional affinity towards nature.
