Abstract

Rapid
growths of detribalization and
urbanization have resulted in heavy
migration of people from rural to urban
areas. This migrations resulted huge quantity
in tons of waste are being generated
everywhere in the nation. In the municipal
solid waste, variety of waste are found in
large quantity like waste ge nerated from
industrial, institutional, commercial,
agricultural, etc. But after various researches
and investigations it has clear that higher
percentage of waste is organic waste. This
organic waste quantity is about 90 % of waste
from total waste were s ent for the landfilling
and due to such techniques like landfilling it's
creating problems for public health as well as
environment. Kitchen waste is a waste which
decomposes quickly and produces various
insects and bad smell. The main purpose of
present s tudy is convert organic waste
specially kitchen Waste into useful products.
