Improving Site Organization Using Construction Technology

Abstract

The site organization consists of the coordination of different parties since a good site layout planning increases profits and productivity. Site organization covers usually many responsibilities, for example studying the site before the construction process begins, substantial delivery and site schedule and records management, good site communication, and operating the performance frequently and recently technological solutions. In construction site organization the use of construction technology as the use of innovative tools, equipment, and new software programs is important and could be more effective. The use of technology has made construction sites safer and labourers more effective. It has permitted increased productivity, improve collaboration, and given challenges for more complex projects. The purpose of this paper is to get an efficient site layout and work highly efficiently and freely on site. This paper discusses the impact of the use of technology in site organization through learning the new ways and tools of technology in site organization in addition to the SWOT analysis which guarantees a productive and safe sustainable construction site throughout its building process. By the end the study of the strength and the opportunities, the weaknesses and the threads this paper approves the importance of the transformation and the improvement of the technology in site organization.
