The study aids in understanding the danger zone and accidents that may happen if employee safety is not prioritised. Examining the strategic concerns surrounding worker safety and health is the study's goal. Some businesses use more creative safety initiatives to replace the ones that were revoked. Employees who stay accident-free can receive awards from several safety programmes. The study contributes to upholding appropriate safety standards and making sure that workers take precautions against dangerous practices. A safety policy is ought to be created and followed by every organisation. This study offers information on safety tools, health regulations, and cleanliness standards that are helpful to the organisation and its future growth. We went to a manufacturing facility and looked at the many departments, including maintenance, foundry, and production, to identify the various dangerous zones, dirty areas, and risks that could impair the workers' productivity. This report includes images of numerous regions that we saw both before and after installation. The "observation skills" that are developed through this project can be used in a variety of public settings. Once they have acquired certain observational skills, they can use them in their intended fields, such as Industry.
