Cyber Security Systems in Manufacturing Process Applications – A Review

Abstract

In recent days technological advancement plays an important role in various sectors say engineering and other allied areas of applications. In recent times there are many issues faced by the organization like security threats say misuse of company information by unknown persons from outside the organization. Security issues are the key problems observed in many organizations. The economic well-being of an organization depends upon how various information is integrated securely without any external threats. In this paper, an attempt has been to study the literature about cyber security advancements in manufacturing process network systems. Using cyber security systems, we ensure more safety in manufacturing process operations by minimizing cyber-attacks. Due to the advancement of Industry 4.0, more modernizing features can be integrated with manufacturing systems to strengthen the security systems in manufacturing. Cyber security enhances the quality of the information securely by protecting it with high safety standards.
