Effect on Drilling Performance with Tio2 Nanoparticles Based MQL On Drilling of Ti-6al-4v

This paper presents the effect on drilling performance with nano fluid MQL to help in the future development in this field. Various lubrication method such as mist, flooded, MQL, and nano fluid MQL alongside with drilling parameters such as flow rate, cutting speed, feed rate and their effect on drill quality have been discussed. Some of the problems related to nano fluid MQL is also outlined.
