Physical Challenges in Assembly Line Production Systems from Ergonomics Point of View-Review
Abstract
In an assembly line, the primary activity that incorporates a range of jobs within a work cell is thought to be production. Human performance at work affects the quality and standards for carrying out work activities, therefore production systems depend on it. A collection of businesses having unfavorable working conditions that reduce human output in terms of performance. Human ergonomics in manufacturing assembly line systems is the main topic of this study. One of the more specialized and exciting fields of study is ergonomics, which focuses on many aspects of boosting worker comfort inside the system. The objective of the literature review in this work is to perform numerous research inquiries by taking into account elements like body posture, lifting loads, organizing components in assembly stations, and other aspects. Ergonomics is one of the disciplines, which clearly describes the interaction between human and machine interface within the shop floor systems. In this article, an attempt has been made to collect literature studies on Ergonomics Applications in Assembly Line Production. In addition to that case, the study is developed to understand the manual difficulties of workers in conventional Assembly Line stations. As a whole Ergonomics Engineering influences comfort by increasing the productivity of workers by reducing complexities out of work.
