Abstract

After the pandemic situation, many people were either rendered from their jobs or had to leave their jobs due to some health reasons, but as the situation became to get controlled then there was a craze among the common folks to start their own small-scale business so that they don’t have to depend on others for their financial commitments. So, to cope with all this it became very much necessary to know about the various barriers that may occur during the implementation of the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) process, so as to cope with the increasing competition of the market both at local and international level. In this paper we will be working on to find out the major barriers of LSS framework that can act as the hindrance in the implementation of the LSS framework in the SME which will be further validated by using GRA analysis and will prioritize the barriers on the basis of the experts’ experience.
