Abstract

The present work is to recognize the empowering agents/enablers for Lean Six Sigma's effective execution. This paper provides linkages between and various levelled connections among the development of Lean Six Sigma execution. Our investigation has both inductive and deductive components. We distinguished enablers of Lean Six Sigma execution from existing exploration, and we built up a logical system utilizing the interpretive structural modelling technique (ISM). We further examined enablers dependent on their driving force and dependence using MICMAC examination to empower enablers into four groups. We created and pre-tried an organized survey prior to utilizing it for a review to approve the ISM model. Information was gathered utilizing a split study strategy using a changed rendition of Dillman's absolute plan strategy. We performed non-reaction predisposition before checking presumptions like steady difference and ordinariness. We further checked the dependability and build legitimacy utilizing corroborative factor investigation. We find that our hypothetical structure develops, and pointers meet the measures and discover them to be a solid match dependent on confirmatory factor analysis. We conclude dependent on statistical investigations.
