Before weighing and grading, field contaminants from the sand and soil must be removed. For heavy and medium textured soils, where pre-harvest watering is utilized to soften the soil beforehand, soil and other impurity materials are eliminated. A crucial step in every processing operation, mowing and cleansing of vegetables and sand impurities produce attractive and chemical- and soil-free root crops. Vegetables and sand washing are done with a quick, low-cost method that is effective for reducing the size of the veggies. For nutrition in all industries and production lines, washing vegetables is essential. Through the use of guards around the spinning elements and components, the machine was created with an emphasis on ergonomic value, safety, and ease of use and maintenance. CATIA software was used to finish the design of this sand-cleaning equipment for agricultural use. Additionally detailed were the manufacturing, design, and material selection processes. The sieving apparatus was manufactured as a representation of the finished item. This device serves the function of a common machine type that is simple to use.
