In recent days, air pollution is most vigorous due to emissions. The harmful emissions from the vehicles is mostly spread into the pure warm air, and turn into toxic and harmful gases. In order to recover this action, a smart emission controller is introduced. These types of devices are widely applicable in the read dividers. Due to harmful emissions the environment and atmosphere gets polluted severely. The emission gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon, and nitrous oxide, let out from the vehicles generally. By utilizing the emission controller, we can reduce the pollutants and make them harmless by providing the catalytic converter. This catalytic converter helps to convert the harmful gases into harmless gases. This controller has three main parts catalytic converter, air filter and blower. The exhaust gas let out by vehicles, is allowed through the inlet port, then it enter into the blower. Here, the blower increases the velocity of air just passed into filter, thus it must free from dust particles. Consequently, the filtered air gets enter into the catalytic converter to make it harmless. Thus, the harmless gas spread with the atmosphere. In such a way, it is being continued for further process. We must reduce the pollutants and let make atmosphere save from dangerous possibly. By implementing the emission controller possibly, it is most advantage able and economic and eco-friendly to reduce the pollutants. Predominately, most of the emissions can be reduced, and toxicity should be eliminated.
