Abstract

The “Ahmed” body model is a model for a simplified car, consisting of a sharp nose with
rounded edges fixed onto a two legs middle section and a rear end are slanted surface, the
angle of which can be changed. The main aim of the present work is to study the effect of
changing the slant angle on drag coefficient for constant Reynolds number and the effect of
Reynolds number on drag coefficient for different slant angles
