Abstract

The paper aims to avoid the queue in crowded areas. Such as banks, Hospitals, ticket counters, markets, and any other queued areas. The project updates the token issued and token number on the process and displayed in a cloud platform, so the customer can view the token number online, and according to the processing number the customer can avoid the queue and pursue their work and monitor periodically. By this, the customer can arrive at the place when his token number is nearer to the token number on the process. By this system, we can avoid crowds, stress to the employee, and overcome the waiting period. This is how we can make our token system into smart and work easily.
