Shear wall is the main important structural component. These walls can be used to provide greater strength and security to the structure when the structures are exposed to external loads, such as earthquake loads, wind loads, etc. The structural wall provides an efficient fixation system and offers a lot of potential for lateral resistance load. These types of walls mainly play a major role for the construction of high-rise design. The properties of these seismic shear dividers rule in light of the structure, and in this manner it is critical to assess the seismic reaction of the dividers suitably. In this current examination, principle centre is to think about different seismic properties of the Building with and without shear divider. Additionally examined the structure, changing the situation of the shear divider evenly. The performance of the shear wall was studied by four different models. Model 1 is a bare wireframe structural system and other three models of double-type structural system. Earthquake load is applied to building G + Ten histories, located in zone III. Such parameters as side offset, floor drift, baseline offset and period of time are compared.
