In this research paper, forced draught cooling tower is fabricated, and analyses are done at different flow rate conditions of fluids. Water and air are used as flowing fluids which flow in counter flow direction. The dimensions of the fabricated forced draught cooling tower are; height 180cm, width 78cm, length 71cm, number of nozzles 6, number of perforated trays 60. Outlet temperatures of water are found at various flow rates of water and air, and identified that flow rates at which maximum temperature difference achieved. The maximum temperature difference for the water was found when the flow rates of water and air were 0.000628 and 0.2356 m3/s. It is also observed that when flow rate of water increases and air flow rate decreases then output temperature doesn’t vary too much.
