Malnutrition is one of the major problems faced by children in every country different types of malnutrition are faced and the government is concentrating to reduce nutrition problems. To identification of deficiencies and nutrition and vitamins in children is one of the major challenges. The government announced many schemes and compulsory health check-ups at regular intervals for each student at every school. These health checkups are directly monitored by health inspectors. This helps to generate the report of deficiency areas and provide the needed health care medicines. To implement these activities government has planned many programs and schemes. To execute these schemes Anganawadi centers will help the government to trace the children and help them with treatment. Malnutrition is a state that outcome from taking an unbalanced diet in which certain vitamins and minerals are lacking, in a too large amount of intake (excess), or in the wrong measurements. Depending on whether nutrients are either too little or too much in the diet, a variety of different nutritional problems could increase. Most of the globe suffers from under nutrition, which is mostly brought on by diets deficient in sufficient amounts of protein and calories. There is a danger of data misplacing because governments now keep malnutrition data manually on paper. Additionally, as things take time to complete, computer-based systems are essential for resolving this issue.
