Abstract

Using the manufacturing sector in Nigeria, Nestle as a case study, this research looked into the connection between Green Human Resource Management and organizational sustainability. Nestle Nigeria P.L.C. staff members were given a total of 252 surveys to fill out. Green organizational culture, green recruitment practice, green compensation, and organizational sustainability were all found to have a favorable correlation in the research. The research found that businesses can boost their environmental performance by better comprehending and expanding their green HRM practices. The study concluded with suggestions for improving environmental evaluation strategies and establishing eco-advantage cultures.
