Retaining Workers is one of the main obstacles faced by directors around the world in all types of diligence. And that too during the period of lower request growth, when the directors are in a position to give up their workers according to business requirements, it becomes a part of their jobs to let some of their workers go. This is a problem that's faced around the world. That too, during the period of the epidemic when the whole world was on pause, there were numerous cases where we could see that the companies had to let go of their workers for the survival of the company. The sample size of the study is 100. Data analysis is carried out using colourful ways like normalcy tests, correlation tests, and thesis testing using the Kruskal- Wallis test. It has been set up that workers stay in a company for a long time when the working conditions, hand weal, and hand-operation connections are at their stylish. And that too, during the period of the epidemic, the motivating factor for the workers was how the association was taking care of them during the delicate times, which was of primary significance to their staying in the association.
