Status of Women, Work and Gender Biased in Universities of Haryana

This study examines the position and working environment of working women in Universities. In India, women tolerate the gender-biased not only at homes and workplaces also. Most women adopt the teaching profession because of their convenience. Women chose the education sector compared to the banking, nursing and insurance sectors. In India’s show, a happier baby boy is born at home. In today’s era, our society is male-dominated. Man makes effective and efficient decision-making as compared to women. Men are more physically and mentally strong; and the other hand women are emotionally complete and sensitive. In the modern era, women come out to break the rigid custom boundaries and do the jobs, making their careers and monetary contribution to their families. Women are counted as the weaker section in our society. According to our backward and narrow thinking, women are dependent on men. But women are fully dedicated for making their path of success. Those women do the work for financial purposes because their families suffer from lack aof money. Those women need to do the job because of financial condition is poor; those women cannot face gender inequality. This research paper finds the position, gender bias, and partiality meeting working women in universities of Haryana.
