Abstract

Any company entity's ability to succeed
totally rests on how well it uses its best
resources and how it takes steps to address
consumer complaints. Additionally, in order
to continue significant market growth, the
business should always be prepared to make
the necessary adjustments in accordance with
the demand. The most crucial aspect of the
business is choosing the best staff applicants
to hire. A successful recruitment strategy can
lower a company's turnover rate. The hiring
procedure for qualified employees and the
background checks are ensuring that the
business will achieve its planned objectives of
offering consumers high-quality service. The
goal of this study is to examine the best
practices for hiring personnel in order to
secure qualified personnel. In this study, we
employ a qualitative approach to describe the
subject and explain the interview's outcomes.
