Abstract

In today's world, the Internet is the primary
way businesses connect with their customers
and potential clients. The valuable data
generated by website clickstream activity has
become a crucial source of insights for
enterprises like yours. By tracking every click
a customer makes, you can model user
behaviour and gain valuable insights into
your customer base. This is particularly
important for optimizing websites, especially
social media or e-commerce sites, which rely
heavily on user engagement. In addition,
online learning has become a popular trend in
education, and many platforms provide live
training on various technologies. By analyzing
clickstream data, you can identify potential
customers and provide personalized
recommendations to existing ones. With
clickstream data, you can also determine
which geographies and time zones generate
the most traffic, which devices and browsers
are used to access your website, and which
paths users typically take before engaging
with your site. Real-time analysis of
clickstream data is crucial for businesses like
yours, which is why it's essential to analyze
and visualize this data in real-time for
business intelligence purposes. In my opinion,
creating a data pipeline that utilizes tools like
Apache Kafka and Apache Spark for
streaming and Apache Cassandra and Flask
for querying and visualizing clickstream data
is a great way to get the most out of your
customer insights.
