Introduction: Many studies have shown that job and training satisfaction can be influenced by a wide variety of factors such as competitive pay, adequate staffing, a pleasant working environment, opportunities for personal and professional growth, a reasonable workload, supervision, recognition, noticeable progress of patients, positive relationships with co-workers, autonomy on the job, job security, career advancement and contingent rewards. Methods Design: Cross-Sectional Study Data Analysis- A descriptive research design and quantitative approach have been used in the study. The reliability of The Modified Likert Scale tool has been utilized in this study. A purposeful Random sampling technique has been used to collect data from the healthcare workers. The data has been collected from all employees and has been analysed with various methods. Results: Job Satisfaction Level of the Health Care Workers The percentage of employees taken into consideration is 63.97% of the total employees of the department. We tried to collect data from each of the departments on the satisfaction level of job and training. Training Satisfaction Level of the Health Care Workers Based on data collection, 89.66% accept that the training they receive fulfils their job needs, and 83.33% opinion shows agreement about learning & training opportunities in Medical Department, Vadodara. In addition, 86.66% are satisfied with the amount of training. Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee’s Job and Training Satisfaction The most important factors are the nature of work (External- controlled by management) and employee feelings about training and development (Internal- controlled by the employee) affect job and training satisfaction as per this study. While opportunities and rewards show the least factor which affects healthcare workers' job and training satisfaction. Most effective training method per health care worker the maximum number of employees believe that the instructor-led classroom teaching method with 33.20% is the most effective followed by learning by observation with 29.30%, while self-study or independent study (including video-based training) with 7.60% shows least participant's interest. Conclusion: This chapter deals with the conclusion, discussion and limitation of the study "A study to assess the employee job satisfaction and training satisfaction in a view to designing in service welfare program to increase their performance and work-output in the medical department, Vadodara division. "The following conclusions were drawn based on the present study: Majority of employees agreed that the opportunities and rewards they get presently are acceptable, and supervisors are well competent. More than half of the employees enjoy the company of co-workers during working hours. According to study samples, data revealed that the most important factor is the Nature of Work affecting job and training satisfaction of employees. It has been revealed that instructor leads classroom teaching is highly preferred in comparison to the techniques.
