Abstract

Control engineering is one of the branches of engineering based on mathematical models of multiple phases. For control systems, applications of electrical circuits, digital signal processors, and microcontrollers are used, as well as sensors and devices related to the implementation of the control process. Control engineering has many applications like ranging from aeronautics to the flight control systems found in many modern cars. The desired output of the system is called a reference. When one or more of the system's output variables need to follow a specific reference over time, a controller manipulates the system's input values to obtain the desired effect on the system's output.
