Abstract

India's rural areas and agricultural sector are the country's mainstays. More than three-quarters (72%) of Americans rely upon agriculture, and around one-third invest in farming. It shows how horticultural problems & concerns may be used to stymie national progress. Traditional agricultural methods need to be roboticized urgently to maximize profits. The only viable answer proposed is the use of smart technology in agriculture. Crop production in agriculture relies heavily upon 2 procedures: fertilizer and water delivery. We need water in every single field. Growing conventional water systems requires a lot of time & effort. The motto of this project is to provide an atomized smart fertilizer management system to farming to save farmers valuable time and money. It is very advantageous to farmers and to prevent the wastage of resources. The combination of a manure tank and sensor-based, computerized water system architecture offers a useful solution for monitoring agricultural activity. In this, we use a soil moisture sensor which measures exactly the moisture level in the soil. Along with the sensor it has a microcontroller and relay. Using a microcontroller can decrease energy consumption and extend the life of the system. The GSM technology is used for communication. This research study provides a comprehensive analysis of infrastructure of water systems & their use in sustainable agriculture.
