Abstract

After the internet became popular in India, e-commerce sites like Flipkart and Amazon emerged and made shopping easy and accessible for users. This marked a remarkable change in the Indian economy and the market shifted from offline to online. An attempt has been made to critically examine various corporate and business-level strategies of two big e-tailers and those are Flipkart and Amazon. Comparisons have been done considering the product listed by the respective sites. The attributes on which we have compared are product category, brand, MRP, price, offers, and stock availability. This paper is an attempt to analyze the level of products listed by Amazon and Flipkart.
