The same anxiety scale was used to evaluate the pre and post-test. The study revealed that there is a significant difference (p value<0.05) in the mean post-test and pre-test anxiety scores of the sample after music therapy. So music therapy is very effective to reduce anxiety and there is no association between any of the selected demographic variables and the level of anxiety.
