Effectiveness of Online Education during Covid-19 Pandemic in Kashmir According to the Teachers

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has disbalanced the entire educational system. This pandemic effected more than 200 countries, which led to abrupt closure of educational institutions and there by shifting of classroom teaching to online virtual mode. Maintaining the covid pandemic precautions and breaking the chain of transmission the online mode of teaching gained high popularity. Online teaching had many prons and cons in different aspects, so the researchers conducted online survey on teaching faculty to know about their satisfaction, positives and negatives of the virtual mode of teaching.
